Swan Lake
A day that moves from the beach to a sheltered stone alcove, then into an evening gathering. Each setting draws on the existing architecture and landscape of El Gouna.

Graphic from afar. Personal up close.
Striped parasols and the lifeguard tower establish the beach at a distance. Textiles, fruit and small objects bring a more intimate scale to the loungers and tables.

A quieter moment in stone.
The stone enclosure and built-in seating are retained. An orange throw, patterned cushions, a low table and objects soften the setting without losing the character of the architecture.

From daylight to a night gathering.
The pool, pergola and built-in seating form the base. Practical lighting, planting, textiles and a dressed dining table connect the terrace into one evening setting.

The setting in use.
The pool edge and dinner table bring the design into the action, from the last daylight to the warmth of the evening scene.
